Fitness Suite

The fitness suite at Bridgwater YMCA offers a range of Precor cardiovascular and resistance equipment to give you the best from your workout, in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. An induction into the gym is compulsory and can take up to one hour. You will be given a personalised programme following your induction to help you on your way to achieving your fitness goals. The fitness suite is fully air conditioned and features a large widescreen TV.

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 9:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday Closed
