You’ll start with an initial consultation to assess your current state of health and define your fitness goals, which could include weight loss, improved posture, recovery from injury or simply to get fitter. This gives you an agreed starting point and also a benchmark against which to measure progress.

At Bridgwater YMCA our fitness trainers are qualified to the highest standards with a variety of experience in personal training ensuring all sessions are varied, this avoids repetition which can often lead to boredom.

We believe in providing an affordable, quality service so everybody can benefit from having a one to one trainer, not just athletes and celebrities.
